Ideal candidates must demonstrate an ability to work with diverse groups of people, possess excellent organizational and communication skills, and be able to lead and build strong relationships. Ideal candidates should also have experience with youth programs and have a mastery of basic computer programs. A bachelor’s degree or three years of successful experience in the youth services field is preferred but not required.
